Do you do commissions?
Occasionally I do take on commissions through Instagram direct messages. These are possible when I have more availability, if not when knitting up made-to-order purchases. Do enquire in case I am open to taking on some projects ! Private listings are put up on this website when agreed so that the transaction can be made safely through Stripe.
How long do your made-to-order pieces take to post out?
I spend up to a week making the full garment, and sometimes I need up to 3 weeks to finish making and packing. It's just me selling as a sole trader, so I make slow fashion, extremely limited production. I put heaps of love into each knit
What are your policies?
It depends on each order; however, I usually operate on a no returns policy due to the nature of my craft. My tiny business size means that I am not able to offer this service currently. However, if something is damaged soon after it has arrived with you, then message me on Instagram, and I will see what I can do
